HMRS &#8211; Human Resource Management Systems Software<br>    b.  FMS&nbsp; &#8211; Financial Management Solutions Software<br>    c.  CRM &#8211;&nbsp; Customer Relationship Management Software<br>    d.  EPM&nbsp; &#8211; Enterprise Performance Management Software<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting<\/strong> software permits managing, tracking, and administering the workforce by analyzing managers, employees, contract workers, and more.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ATS Solutions<\/strong>  The two most important software programs are 1) Applicant Tracking Software and; 2) Resume Passer Software<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resume Passer<\/strong> software process old, updated, or new employee resumes in any form, including old paper documents, and digitizes and converts the information into a standard data base with any number of fields.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SQL Programs and Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/strong> Engines analyze the standardized employee data to determine how good a match exists between the skill sets and experience of the current workforce and the MoHUP program needs.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AI Algorithms<\/strong> can identify those employees whose functions are no longer needed, or those workers whose job can be automated, or outsourced locally.
