Workforce Optimization

  • Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP) wishes to optimize its workforce to ensure that 1) employees have the correct skill sets needed: and 2) that the workforce is “right-sized” for the mission.
     
  • HR Software – Four Basic Types of Human Resources software are needed
    a. HMRS – Human Resource Management Systems Software
    b. FMS  – Financial Management Solutions Software
    c. CRM –  Customer Relationship Management Software
    d. EPM  – Enterprise Performance Management Software
     
  • Analytics & Reporting software permits managing, tracking, and administering the workforce by analyzing managers, employees, contract workers, and more.
     
  • ATS Solutions The two most important software programs are 1) Applicant Tracking Software and; 2) Resume Passer Software
     
  • Resume Passer software process old, updated, or new employee resumes in any form, including old paper documents, and digitizes and converts the information into a standard data base with any number of fields.
     
  • SQL Programs and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engines analyze the standardized employee data to determine how good a match exists between the skill sets and experience of the current workforce and the MoHUP program needs.
     
  • AI Algorithms can identify those employees whose functions are no longer needed, or those workers whose job can be automated, or outsourced locally. AI can also identify which critically needed skills are in short supply, or lacking entirely within the MoHUP workforce.
     
  • AI Algorithms & SQL Standardized Databases can assist the MoHUP leadership to make evidence based policy decisions in how to optimize the current workforce
